- Sugar – 250 gr;
- Powdered milk -125 gr;
- Cocoa powder – 35 gr;
- Water – 75 ml;
- Butter – 50 gr.

Pour filtered water into a saucepan. Tap water – not in any case, as it will give the dessert an unpleasant aftertaste. Then you need to add sugar and mix. By the way, you can replace it with cane or add a sweetener that is not afraid of heat treatment. For flavor, add a couple of drops of vanilla essence (according to the instructions). Place the saucepan over medium heat, bring the syrup to a boil and completely dissolve the sugar crystals. At the same time, you need to stir constantly.
In a separate container, mix milk powder with cocoa powder. Post, pour the prepared dry mixture into the hot sugar syrup and mix the mass thoroughly until smooth so that there are no lumps. Then add the softened butter and stir until the butter is completely melted.
The prepared form – a tray or a dish – must be covered with oiled baking paper or cling film. You can simply grease the mold with a piece of butter. After that, pour the chocolate mass and with a knife, greased with butter, level the surface.
Chocolate solidifies well at room temperature, but for a firmer consistency and similarity to familiar chocolate, it should be refrigerated. Cut the cooled chocolate into any figures, with a slightly damp, but not wet, sharp knife.
