  • Powdered milk -125 gr;
  • Cocoa powder – 35 gr;
  • Water – 75 ml;
  • Butter – 50 gr.

Pour filtered water into a saucepan. Tap water – not in any case, as it will give the dessert an unpleasant aftertaste. Then you need to add sugar and mix. Place the saucepan over medium heat, bring the syrup to a boil and completely dissolve the sugar crystals. At the same time, you need to stir constantly.

In a separate container, mix milk powder with cocoa powder. Post, pour the prepared dry mixture into the hot sugar syrup and mix the mass thoroughly until smooth so that there are no lumps. Then add the softened butter and stir until the butter is completely melted.
